OUR PASTORAL TEAM
ANDREW SCOTT
Preaching Pastor
Andrew has served as the primary preaching and teaching pastor at CrossPointe since 2019. His passion through preaching is to promote the unmatched glory of God, the enduring sufficiency of the Word, and the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Andrew and his wife, Hannah, have 5 children: Kara, Selah, David, Eva, and Emma. Andrew has a Master of Divinity from Faith Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Andrew, Hannah, and their family love sports (primarily soccer), travel adventures, amateur hobby-farming, and basically anything outdoors—especially if it involves mountains or water.
MATT SILVA
Discipleship Pastor
Along with his active role in teaching and preaching, Matt has served as the discipleship pastor at CrossPointe since 2020. His passion is to see God’s people grow in grace and the knowledge of their Savior. Matt and his wife, Erin, have four children: Kaitlyn, Elijah, Colin, and Makayla. Matt has a Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry (Emphasis in Biblical Counseling) from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Matt holds a level 2 certification with the Association of Biblical Counselors. Along with his ministries at CrossPointe, Matt also works as a Medical Lab Technician for Dignity Health. Matt’s interests include soccer, weightlifting, and the family German shepherd.
TON SAECHAO
Mien Pastor
Ton has been the pastor of the CrossPointe Mien Baptist Church since 2001. His passion is not only to equip his local congregation to know, love, and follow God, but also, through means of technology, to spread the gospel and train Mien pastors around the world. Along with a Bachelor of Arts from Liberty University, Ton also has a Master of Arts in Religion and a Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Ton and his wife, Kellie, have 3 children—Tim, Grace, and Charity.
