Team Ministry

At CrossPointe Community Church we are organized into teams rather than committees to facilitate both effective and fulfilling God glorifying ministry. We believe that when people serve together they benefit from mutual strength and support. It also becomes a wonderful way to grow in Christ together.

What is team ministry?

Complimentary parts of the body working together in their God-called giftedness and areas of interest. Each team is made up of men and women who, while they utilize their own specific skills and passions, work together for the common goal of a distinct ministry of the church.

What are some of the benefits of team ministry?

It involves everyone in the church so that there are not just 20% of the people doing 80% of the work (and fun).

Everyone can serve in the area of their giftedness so they are most effective and most fulfilled. You are never happier than when you are doing exactly what God has purposed for you to do.

We are ensured that each ministry is following the direction of God because those serving on that team are growing spiritually.

Relationships are established with strong bonds of fellowship as people serve together on ministry teams. Our work is multiplied because we utilize the diversity, creativity, and giftedness of as many people as possible.

Men's Ministry

Pointe Men Ministries "Be strong and courageous, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land..." (Joshua 1:6a) Pointe Men is a Men's Ministry of CrossPointe Community Church. Pointe Men exists to help men live godly lives through biblical truth, discipleship, and accountability.

We believe that by working together we can move forward to become Godly men and leaders of our families. Our goal is to come together in various ways as men, in order to apply God's word in every area of our life: as men, sons, fathers, brothers, husbands and friends.

Activities include breakfast gatherings and evening BBQs as well as morning studies and even work days.

men's am bible study

Men of the word meet every Tuesday at 7:00 AM in room 101 to study the word of God. A time of fellowship at breakfast/brunch usually follows.

Women's Ministry and studies

Women’s Ministry at Cross Pointe exists to glorify and worship God while strengthening women in our Lord Jesus Christ by building friendships through fellowship, encouragement, and prayer.

We encourage and support women to grow deeper in their faith and walk with Jesus Christ by providing opportunities to study God’s Word together. We worship our Savior together in part by being the hands and feet of Jesus by providing opportunities to serve and reach our community for Christ.

Cross Pointe Women enjoy having fun and walking this life in community with one another, all the while,

learning to live for Christ and glorifying Him in all we do. We offer several activities through-out the year

and all are welcome!

We hold spring and fall weekly Bible Studies, quarterly Saturday morning breakfast gatherings, and

multiple small groups geared toward women with similar interest including a mom’s group (BLOOM) and

WMF (Women’s Missionary Fellowship). We also love to grow our faith by joining in with other ladies

retreats and conferences within our community, as we are all one body of Christ that has been saved by

grace.

The women's Ministry has created a Face Book page for any woman attending CrossPointe Church. Click on the link above and request to join so you can stay up to date on the latest happenings in CPCC Womens Ministry.
