  • Ton Saechao

    Elder - Mien church Pastor

    Pastor Ton and his family are delighted that the Lord has called them to serve the Mien at CrossPointe Mien Baptist Church since 2001. Pastor Ton is a graduate of Liberty University (B.A.) and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary (M.A.R.;M.Div.). He strives to walk worthy of his calling as well as be a godly husband and father. Pastor Ton's desire is to see Mien Christians develop a healthy relationship with God and with their fellow members so that others may see and glorify our Heavenly Father. Pastor Ton's mission is to equip and empower the Mien to do the work of the ministry. The mission of CrossPointe Mien Baptist Church is to know, to love, and to follow God.

  • Chaplain Jim Wesley

    Elder - Operations and Visitation

    Jim Wesley joined the CrossPointe Staff in July of 2016.  Jim grew up in Orange County, CA.  He attended Biola University in La Mirada, CA.  He became an ordained Chaplain in 2010.  In 1984 he and his wife, Diane moved to Auburn, CA where they lived with their two daughters for 32 years.  While living in Auburn he served as the part-time Youth Minister for 20 years while working full-time jobs.  Jim and Diane moved to Redding to be closer to his daughters, sons-in-law, and his three precious grandchildren.  His hobbies include boating, bicycling, golf and most importantly playing with his grandchildren.

  • Chuck Mellen

    Elder - Teaching,  administration,  and counseling

    Chuck Mellen has been a member of CrossPointe since 2016. He graduated from Christian Heritage College in 1983, majoring in Counseling, after spending 4 years in the Navy in San Diego. He married Linda (Beck) in 1981 and, after schooling, rejoined the Navy.  After retiring from the Navy, he has been working on his Master's degree in Biblical Counseling and also working through the Counseling and Discipleship Training offered through the ACBC program.  He is the church administrator, which includes the managing of the church finances. He also volunteers his time teaching. He is available for counseling / discipleship as the need arises.

  • Danielle Taylor

    Nursery AND preschool

    Danielle Taylor has been a member at CrossPointe since 2007.  She graduated from Sonoma State in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis on teaching. Since then she has been busy getting married to her awesome husband and having two rambunctious boys.  She has a deep heart for Jesus and helping kids experience His love.

  • Linda mellen

    Linda Mellen has been a member of CrossPointe since 2016. She graduated from Christian Heritage College, San Diego in 1981 with a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling and also in Home Economics. She married Chuck Mellen soon after. They have a daughter and a son and one granddaughter. Linda has been a teacher and a church secretary for many years before moving back to Redding, where her folks have been members of CrossPointe for many years.
